Agile BI, in contrast to the traditional Waterfall Development Methodology, takes the same steps of a development project and iterates through them in 2-4 week cycles, ensuring greater end-user involvement and feedback. It also gives users a chance to insert new requirements as they learn and think more about how the application can help them do their jobs or optimize opportunities.

To increase BI agility, it is also required to use Agile software development techniques. In this context, we are happy to announce our partnership with Qlikview, a dash-boarding solution very easy and quick to deploy, especially in a Agile BI environment !

Since 2009 Business & Decision and QlikTech have been in a partnership that has led them to work on numerous successful projects for customers like: World Wildlife Foundation, Biogen Idec, WTO World Trade Organization, Sanofi Pasteur, Mangar Medical Packaging, Aceto, Philadelphia Youth Network and Allocade.
